The Jordan Amphora Chardonnay

This is Chardonnay like you’ve never seen it before, made in the most ancient style of wine making in an amphora and buried under the ground, it is a really exciting project by Jordan and the result is an incredibly fresh, crisp, bright wine with wonderful minerality and a really intriguing oyster shell character.
